How do I know you received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, you are not able to cancel your order. Because your order is processed immediately in order provide you with excellent customer service, the order cannot be modified or canceled. Please view our return policy to find out how to obtain a refund.
Can I track my orders on your web site?
If your order was placed online, you will receive a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number. Once you receive this number, please visit www.usps.com to track the shipment of your order.
How do I avoid re-entering my information for future orders?
When you checkout, you will have the option of registering with our company (please note your information will be kept private and thus, not shared or sold to other individuals or companyies. By doing so, your shipping and billing information will be saved to be used on future orders.

What is your U.S. Shipping policy?
FREE - Regular shipping via the United States Postal Service to all U.S. states. $4.99 - Priority shipping via the United States Postal Service to all U.S. states.
Orders placed before 5 p.m. CST on a business day will be shipped the same business day (subject to product availability)
Orders placed after 5 p.m. CST on a business day will be shipped the following business day (subject to product availability.

What is your return policy?
All non-Obagi products come with our 30 Day No Hassle Return Policy.
How do I return a product for a refund
To return a product for a refund, just follow these three steps:
1. Email returns@indulgeyourskin.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
2. Ship all used and unused items and packaging and gift items within 30 days of receiving your order (Zeno must be returned within 30 days of your order date due to manufacturer's policy).
3. The method of shipment must include insurance and a tracking number
Please note: All orders returned will be amount paid less shipping costs. For orders that receive Free Shipping will be refunded amount paid less our shipping costs.
